Wessex Salon Culinaire

16th - 17th March 2010, The Hotel and Catering Show in Bournemouth

The Wessex Salon Culinaire will be staged at the Hotel and Catering Show in Bournemouth and for the first time in the competitions six year history it will include the WorldSkills UK Cooking, Confectioner/Pastry Chef and Restaurant Services competitions. Chefs and restaurant service professionals in employment, training or education have until 9 March 2010 to enter online at if they wish to take part.

Channel Islands Chef of the Year 2010 - Closing Date for Written Entry

19th March 2010

This competition is about developing ideas, challenging yourself to be the best and expressing your skills to make a difference. The written heats will be judged commencing: Saturday 20th March 2010 and you will be notified by Monday 29th March 2010 as to whether you have been successful in proceeding to the Grand Final.
