Held over three days and hosted by Mount Stuart Trust, eatBute is an innovative food event aimed at highlighting sustainability, biodiversity, traditions and cultures linked with food on Bute. This year’s event will include a Bute Food and Craft Market showcasing the produce and craft from Bute and the surrounding areas, a programme of children’s activities, cookery demonstrations, a programme of talks and lectures, a ticketed lunch and a Bute ceilidh. Asian Enterprise First Annual Charity Dinner

16th September 2009, Grange St. Paul’s Hotel, London

A star-studded line-up of award-winning Indian chefs are coming together for the first time ever to cook up a five-course feast for charity. Vineet Bhatia of Rasoi Vineet Bhatia, Sriram Aylur of Quilon, Alfred Prasad of Tamarind, Cyrus Todiwala of Café Spice Namaste and Vivek Singh of The Cinnamon Club have all been brought together by Karim Ullah, Publisher of AsianEnterprise magazine to raise money for The Indian Ocean Disaster Relief and Head and Neck Cancer Research Trust. This exclusive event will see each chef prepare a sumptuous course, complete with top entertainment, with the food, of course being the star of the night.
