Brief_Description: A unique and exclusive 5 star hotel situated in the heart of London seeking a pastry chef de partie to join a strong and committed 25 chef brigade. The hotel comprises a 70 cover restaurant serving high quality French and British cuisine, fine dining restaurant , a busy banqueting section with private room dining and 2 bars with an extensive menu of snacks, light meals and alfresco dining.

The ideal candidate must have gained previous experience at the level of Chef De Partie Pastry producing high quality desserts, ideally be qualified to a NVQ Level 3 (although not essential) and be highly motivated at all times.
