Big name sponsors for Hospitality

A line up of big name sponsors have been announced for next year's Hospitality event, which will be kicking off from 19-21 January at the NEC Birmingham.

The first is a two-year sponsorship deal with the Compass Group, which will also be covering the Hotelympia 2010 event.

The agreement, which was signed and approved this week, will see the sponsors branding on Live Theatre and Salon Display during Hospitality.

Nick Vadis, UK executive chef at Compass Group, commented: "Salon Culinaire is one of the most important chef competitions and the opportunity to sponsor the event at two of the largest exhibitions in each year makes complete sense."

The second will see Nestle Professional sponsoring a daily 'Chef at Salon' challenge within the Live Theatre, whilst Delice de France have become a sponsor of La Parade des Chefs – the fine dining restaurant at the event.

Martin Webster, communications, events and sponsorship manager Nestle Professional, explained what this sponsorship means to him: "Hospitality is a key show in 2009 for us, where we can engage with chefs from across the industry. However, it's more than just a show it's an event, and for this reason we see it as the ideal platform to showcase the premium Chef and Movenpick brands from Nestle Professional."

Each of these brands will also have stands at Hospitality.
