Business Seminar line-up for Hospitality

Food experts such as Arthur Potts Dawson, executive head chef and co-owner of Acorn House, and David Sharp, founder of the Jam Deli, are just a few of the speakers who will be taking to the Business Seminar Stage at the Hospitality Show next month to share their wisdom and knowledge on the industry.

Compiled by the Institute of Hospitality and the British Hospitality Association, the free seminar programme will see Dawson discuss ways to save all forms of energy in organisations, and Sharp, who will look at how clever use of seasonal menus can make businesses succeed in competitions.

In addition, David Field, managing director of Nestle Professional, will look at current customer trends on a global scale, whilst Andrew Gammage, head of Quality and Guest Insight at Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants, and Philip Stanley, general manager of Hospitality Assured, will highlight how by changing the culture of organisations to ensure it is entirely client focused, can reap the rewards.

Over 14,000 visitors are expected to attend the show, which will be kicking off from the 19-21 January at the NEC Birmingham.
