Chino Latino hosts festive sushi masterclass

Chino Latino restaurant in London is introducing a Christmas themed sushi masterclass in support of Help a London Child on Saturday 5 December.

Using turkey, ham and a range of traditional Christmas ingredients, students will battle for the masterclass' top spot. The tastiest yuletide roll, as decided by the head chef, will earn a place on the restaurant's menu.

The newly crowned sushi master will see 25% of their winning roll's sales donated to Help a London Child, as well as receiving a complimentary three course dinner for two people.

Attendees will enjoy sushi and sashimi demonstrations by Bautista, before creating their very own Japanese delicacies with a festive twist.

The session costs £35 per person including a glass of wine and allows for only 25 participants.
