Deadline extended for California Raisins Bread competition

The deadline for the California Raisins Bread competition 2010 has been extended to the 30th June.

California Raisins are inviting all craft/artisan bakers in the UK to take part in the contest.

The winner will be awarded with a two day trip to IBIE expo in Las Vegas, followed by two days in Fresno to tour the California Raisin industry and a further two day visit to the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in the NAPA valley.

The final judging will be held at the depot of Bako Northern and would require entrants to have two samples of the bread delivered by 12:00 noon at the latest on the Wednesday 30th June, clearly marked:  CALIFORNIA RAISIN BREAD COMP 2010
