Final call to enter Salon at Hospitality Show

Chefs looking to compete in the Salon Culinaire International Cookery Championships must get their entries in before the 1 December closing date.

The championships, which will be hosting over 50 competition classes during the Hospitality 2009 event, will be kicking off at the NEC, Birmingham from 19-21 January.

This year, eight of the 18 classes in Live Theatre are new. These are CHEF at Salon sponsored by Nestle Professional, Scholler Masterclass, sponsored by Movenpick, Essential Cuisine Team, sponsored by Essential Cuisine, Heinz Best of British, British Culinary federation Young Chef Challenge, Sodexo Young Chef of the Year, Glennans Chef Challenge, and the Major International Contract Catering Awards.

Competitions will be run on set days over the three days of the Show, with award ceremonies for each challenge at the end of each day.
