Fish4Ever responds to caterers

Britain's canned fish company Fish4Ever will now be producing bulk sizes of anchovies and Yellowfin tuna after receiving calls and requests from caterers.

Fish4Ever founder Charles Redfern commented on the recent demand: "We often get asked for catering packs of our fish and lately we have had even more calls for our anchovies and tuna from restaurateurs who are concerned about reports of their vulnerability and of the ethical issues around catching these fish.

He continued: "In response we have introduced larger packs of our delicious traditionally produced Sicilian anchovies and our premium Yellowfin tuna from the Azores and caught using methods which do the least damage to stocks possible.

"At last ethical caterers can be sure their products are not going to add to the depletion of tuna and anchovy stocks or impact negatively on fishing communities."

In addition, Fish4Ever is adding MSC certified Wild Alaskan salmon to its sustainable canned fish range.
