Flying high

Head chef Greg Ciemiega of London's Flying Chef has been promoted to head up the culinary team.

Ciemiega will be responsible for overseeing a kitchen administrator and a team of chefs, taking on food safety and quality whilst liaising with the transport team.

Prior to this, Ciemiega gained experience working at Gibson Hall and Tottenham Hotspur FC, before moving to London's Flying Chef.

Flying Chef operates its business catering in London and Manchester and is part of The Crown Group, an independently owned company.
