Hive chef joins Weymouth show

Award-winning, Hive Beach Café head chef Tim Attrill will be joining the line up of chefs in the Weymouth College Demonstration Theatre at the Weymouth & Portland Catering Show.

The Hive Beach Café in Burton Bradstock, West Dorset, started 18 years ago as a 'shed on a beach'. Tim Attrill has been a chef at The Hive for over 12 years and trained locally at Yeovil College, developing his skills over the years to match the ever improving offerings from the café.

The Weymouth & Portland Catering Show takes place on 20th & 21st October 2009 at the Redlands Community Sports Hub in association with Weymouth College.
