La Parade now open for bookings

The La Parade restaurant at the Hospitality Show held at the NEC Birmingham between 19th and 21st January 2009 has opened for bookings.

With champagne on arrival and a three-course meal, La Parade is often seen as one of the main highlights of the show.

Sponsored by Delice de France, with equipment supplied by MKN and Hobart, La Parade des Chefs is one of the toughest team challenges within the prestigious Salon Culinaire, and will see three teams compete for gold over the course of the show.

This year, La Parade will feature three contract caterers:

Avenance – Monday 19th January
Sodexo – Tuesday 20th January
Compass – Wednesday 21st January

Each team must serve a three-course meal to over 100 diners, and the menu for each day can now be viewed online.

Visit www.hospitalityshow.co.uk/laparade to reserve your table on-screen.
