Last call for Scottish Culinary Championships

Chefs are being urged to submit their application forms before the end of this week (30 January) to compete in some of the most challenging competitions at ScotHot 2009.

There is still time to submit forms for the following competitions: Scottish Pub Chef of the Year, Scottish Contract Catering Chef of the Year, and Chef at Salon sponsored by Nestle.

Due to popular demand, the KNORR Scottish Chef of the Year and the Scottish Banqueting Challenge are now closed for entries.

Meanwhile, classes within the Cold Display Arena offer chefs the chance to show-off their craftsmanship using fat, chocolate, pastillage, sugar, marzipan or a variety of meat and fish platters.  Entries into these classes are open right up to the Show.

No matter what your skill or hospitality sector, the Scottish Culinary Championships offer the ideal opportunity to compete with the best in the industry and make a name for yourself and your establishment.
