Masterchef Mat to open Weymouth & Portland Catering Show

Dorset based Masterchef winner, Mat Follas will be officially opening the second Weymouth & Portland Catering Show, a trade exhibition for the region's hospitality and catering industry.

The event takes place at Redlands Community Sports Hub on 20th October 2009 at 10.00am.

After the official show opening, Mat will join top chefs from throughout the region to show off his talents in the Weymouth College Cookery Theatre. 

Show director, Anna Wallis said: "It's great to have a Masterchef winner on our doorstep. We are passionate about raising the game for the region and Mat's presence in the area and now at the Weymouth & Portland Catering Show is a major plus."

The Weymouth & Portland Catering Show takes place on 20th and 21st October 2009 at the Redlands Community Sports Hub in association with Weymouth College.
