NEW HEAD CHEF JOINS THE PRIEST HOUSE HOTEL

The Priest House Hotel

The Priest House Hotel in Castle Donington has welcomed Mark Fletcher as its new head chef.

Mark, previously at the Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, also a Hand Picked Hotel, has over a decade of experience working with a selection of award winning restaurants in the UK, creating inventive menus for fine dining.
 
He has been recently promoted to Head Chef to contribute to the finest in locally sourced cuisine for the hotel which includes mouth watering dishes such as roast rump of lamb, braised neck meat and split pea casserole with tomato and parsley jus.
 
Mark comments: "Seasonality is key to our menu which changes to accommodate the best quality produce at the right time of year. I look forward to continuing to raise the standards of The Priest House as one of the area's leading country house hotels by boosting its selection of fine cuisine and sourcing the finest local ingredients to create a unique menu."

The Priest House Hotel is located on the banks of the River Trent and is one of the area's riverside gems. Situated just four and a half miles from East Midlands Airport.
