Organic trade show hits London

The Natural and Organic Products Europe trade show is set to come to London's Olympia in April, offering a range of new products and exciting show features.

Over 600 exhibitors and 60 leading speakers will come together to under the one roof to not only promote natural and organic foods, but to celebrate the show's 13th year.

Visitors to the event will experience new products from more than 40 different countries spread over 12 pavilions.

Highlights of the show include the organic kitchen with Mark Hix's Oyster and Chop House restaurant and Arthur Pots Dawson, Acorn House restaurant serving up organic delights, as well as thousands of top natural, organic, fair-trade and speciality foods being displayed in the food and drink area.

Event Director, Simon Barry, feels that in a time of economic concern, faith in the natural and organic sectors is reassuringly high, with consumers now more aware than ever about the choices they have. He said: "With an ever increasing awareness and concern for health, sustainability, and ethical lifestyles the show addresses the key issues of our time and creates the main business platform to impact these issues."

The show will also provide the venue for the annual Natural and Organic Awards, celebrating the best in excellence, innovation and commitment in the natural and organic sectors. Categories include the prestigious best independent retailer and the outstanding achievement award.

The event will take place at London's Olympia on the 5th and 6th April. The trade event is free to visitors who have pre-registered.
