Record breaking Wessex Salon Culinaire

Organisers of the Hotel and Catering Show have received more than 550 entries to the prestigious culinary competition, the Wessex Salon Culinaire.

In association with the Craft Guild of Chefs and sponsored by Nestlé Professional, Coastline Produce and Bournemouth and Poole College, the Wessex Salon Culinaire forms a key part of the Hotel and Catering Show.

Award categories include Caterer & Licensee Student Chef of the Year, chefs forum chef of the year, sponsored by Coastline produce and Bournemouth and Poole College, Nestle Professional CHEF at Salon, Best Dorset & Hampshire Cost Sector Caterer, Best Dorset & Hampshire Profit Sector Caterer, and Best Catering College in Show.
