Top chefs to take centre stage at The Restaurant Show

Cyrus Todiwala, Giorgio Locatelli and Richard Hughes are the confirmed high profile chefs that will lead the brigade of Westminster Kingsway College students at The Restaurant Show 2009's on-site restaurant – the Signature Restaurant.

Todiwala, proprietor and executive chef of Café Spice Group, will open for business on Monday 12 October and delight diners with his fresh approach to Indian Cuisine.

The following day (13 October) Locatelli, chef-proprietor of the Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli, will be showcasing his 'back-to-roots' Italian cuisine.

Meanwhile Hughes, chef-proprietor of The Lavender House, will complete the line up on Wednesday 14 October with his modern interpretation of 'old-style' classic cookery.

Bookings for the tables at the Signature Restaurant can be made online at www.therestaurantshow.co.uk from 1 September.

This year's Restaurant Show will be running from 12-14 October.
