Unilever to sponsor hotel and catering demos

For the fourth year running, Unilever Foodsolutions and its brand KNORR are back in Bournemouth sponsoring a popular feature of the Hotel and Catering Show; The Cookery Theatre.

In conjunction with Bournemouth and Poole College, the theatre provides a great setting for inspirational live demonstrations from leading chefs that, in previous years, have included; Brian Turner, Ed Baines, Giles Thompson and Lesley Waters.

Visitors will be able to pick up useful tips on sourcing, preparing and cooking with produce available at the event. 

Nick Ryan, channel marketing manager at Unilever Foodsolutions added: "We are planning some very exciting demos and a great line up of chefs for 2010. The show also provides us with plenty of opportunities for us to introduce our products and services to catering students who are always eager to try out the latest innovations."

The Hotel and Catering Show, takes place on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th March 2010 at the Bournemouth International Centre.
