Your chance to travel across Italy with Gary Rhodes

Celebrity chef Gary Rhodes is embarking on yet another TV series celebrating Italian cuisine, and he's looking for two lucky people to become his sous-chefs on the trip.

The winning pair will need to be available from late September to the end of October 2009 for a five-week trip across Italy.

The production company behind the new show, which is yet to be named, explained more about the opportunity: "This is the chance for keen kitchen novices with a passion for food or accomplished cooks to accompany Gary Rhodes on the trip of a lifetime across Italy. Gary and his two handpicked assistants will learn to cook the best of regional dishes before catering for a sumptuous celebration banquet."

Entrants need to submit a video clip detailing the following:

Why you should be one of Gary Rhodes' 'sous-chefs'
Your relationship with Italy
Why you're passionate about Italian food
How you rate your own cooking skills
What you'd aim to gain from the trip to Italy
