Equipped for the job

Dean Snee, formerly responsible for the food served up by pub company Orchid Group, has been appointed as the new development chef for Imperial Catering Equipment.

As part of his new role, Snee will be performing cooking demonstrations and conduct site visits to existing installations to ensure chefs are making the most of their equipment whilst also providing them with top tips and advice.

But to begin with his main focus will be on the Montague brand, specifically the new Montague Overfired Broiler, a cooking method hugely popular with steakhouse restaurants in the USA.
