Avlaki

Avlaki is a producer of fine quality, organic, extra virgin olive oil from the Greek island of Lesvos. The oils are unfiltered, made from hand-picked olives that are gently turning from green to pink for the December harvest and are grown to strict organic farming methods - the fields are kept as natural as possible to encourage bio-diversity.

The fruit is harvested by hand when the olives are at a perfect balance of ripeness, which results in an astonishing quality, texture and taste. Then, after pressing, the oils are bottled in the UK, unfiltered and unadulterated within weeks of harvesting, to capture the amazing aroma and taste of the new oil, so it retains the distinct character of each vintage.
