Tarbert Seafood Festival

July 2009 (TBC), Tarbert, Loch Fyne, Highlands

This annual festival is set around the beautiful natural harbour at Tarbert on Loch Fyne and showcases some of the finest and tastiest seafood in Scotland. Cookery demonstrations, street entertainment, exhibitions, seafood, craft stalls, live music and a carnival parade are just some of the great events on offer.

Short cookery course: Artisan Bread Making 1 Day

3rd July 2009, University of Brighton, School of Service Management, Culinary Arts Studio, Greynore 2, Darley Road, Eastbourne BN20 7UR

This one day course starts at 9.15am and finish's at 4.30pm. The day includes a morning demonstration followed by a lively lunch time tasting session and concludes with an afternoon of hands on cookery. The cost is £35 for the morning only and £85 for the full day.
