WKC student wins Gold in Major Series 2007

Ben Arnold from Westminster Kingsway College (WKC) has been awarded a Gold medal in yesterday’s (18 February) Final for the 2007 Major International Series at the Hotelympia exhibition.

The finalists were given an hour to prepare, cook and serve a 3ib chicken using Major Mari-base marinades.  
 
Reynolds fought off stiff competition from other finalists including Isobelle Poad, Plymouth College, Tom Hayes, Highbury College Portsmouth, Martin Saunders, Henley College, and Luccien Nincliffe, also from Westminster Kingsway College.
