Brakes Sutdent Team Challenge - End Feb 20th - 2014

Major Series

Each year Major International and the Craft Guild of Chefs organise the Major Culinary Challenge and Mini Series of Display Classes.

The national competitions are open to junior and senior chefs of varying skill levels from any type of outlet and take place throughout the year at venues around the country.

A host of live and static display classes are held including pastry and restaurant skills, as well as the hot live Culinary Challenge, which allows 50 minutes to prepare and cook two individual chicken dishes.

With all the heats now completed for this year, eight finalists of the Major Culinary Challenge will now compete at Hospitality 2013 for the chance to be crowned overall champion.

Dates and venues for the three heats in the 2013/14 Major Series are:
8th February 2013 - South Devon College

May 2013 - TBC
