The NZ-UK Link Foundation and the Craft Guild of Chefs have joined forces to bring you a unique and highly prestigous competition which offers the fabulous prize of an all expenses paid working visit to New Zealand for the UK competitor, while a young New Zealander comes to Britian.

The competiton was the brain child of New Zealand chef Peter Gordon, of the Providores restaurant in London.
