Wessex Salon Culinaire

The UK’s largest live culinary competition, the Wessex Salon Culinaire, will take place at Brockenhurst College on 3rd and 4th April 2013.

This year the competition is split into four categories: Live Hot, Live Cold, Restaurant and Display, with scores of classes in each category for entrants to select – from a British game main course in the Live Hot section right through to napkin folding in the Display.

• The deadline for entries has been extended to 15th March 2013.
