Tilda Chef of the Year competition 2012

Running for the fourth time at Hotelympia, the Tilda Chef of the Year competition, in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, will be part of the Salon Culinaire in the Live Theatre – a series of cooking competitions taking place in the cooking arena at the show.

Final Brakes Student Chef Team Challenge

The 2012 Brakes Student Team Challenge is targeted at teams of three full time student chefs studying hospitality or catering college courses, who will get the opportunity to develop 'real life' catering skills.

Major Culinary Challenge Final 2010 / 2011

Each year Major International and the Craft Guild of Chefs organise the Major Culinary Challenge and Mini Series of Display Classes. The national competitions are open to junior and senior chefs of varying skill levels from any type of outlet and take place throughout the year at venues around the country.

The UK-NZ Culinary Challenge Entry deadline

The UK-NZ Culinary Challenge offers one lucky UK chef the chance to win an all expenses paid three week tour of New Zealand, flying courtesy of sponsor Air New Zealand to work in the country’s best restaurants and lodges, and visiting food producers and wineries. The competition, in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, is open to young chefs aged between 18 and 23, who will be tasked with creating a gourmet menu that can be prepared and served in two hours.
