Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards - Final exam

9th September 2010, Thames Valley University, London

A Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award is a formal recognition of a young working chef’s excellence. Prestigious for the chef, the award is also a credit to their mentor and employer. All working chefs aged 23 years or under on September 9th 2010 can enter this free nationwide challenge.

The Craft Guild of Chefs and The NZ-UK Link Foundation would like to invite you to support this competition by nominating and entering a candidate(s) for this year’s event; or alternatively you can take part yourself if you comply with the competition criteria. Competitors should be between 18 and 23 years old as of 1st December 2010, in training or employment and hold a British passport.

The 11th Culinary World Cup

The Heinz Tomato Ketchup Cook-Off

Catering students who have the bottle are invited to enter a nationwide challenge to create a red hot menu for a professional kitchen using Heinz tomato ketchup as a key ingredient. From paper entries submitted, 10 finalists will be chosen and invited to a cook-off on Wednesday 13th January 2011 at The Sheffield College. Closing date for entries - 30th November 2010
