Job Description

We are a prestigious and historical venue in Greenwich and are looking for a very strong Head Chef to lead our team.

The successful candidate will be from a minimum of 3 rosette background and have extensive Conference and Banqueting experience.

Leading the kitchen team, the candidate will be hands-on and be comfortable in all aspects of kitchen management including ordering, stock control, gross profit and all health and safety procedures. An exceptional eye for detail, they will be enthusiastic, creative, hard-working and possess a passion for quality produce.

This is a really great opportunity for a talented Head Chef to join our team

Required Experience
Michelin/ Rosette experience essential
Must have strong C&B experience
Must have at least 2 - 3 years in a similar role Available to start ASAP Banqueting experience essential Welcoming personality Management skills

Salary & Benefits
Salary circa £40k dependant on experience Great working environment

Eligibility
