Job Description

Beautiful award winning Restored Cotswold Manor. The hotel hosts a 3 AA Rosettes restaurant and a Michelin Star, aiming to gain more accolade, as well as a busy brasserie.

The Position

The right candidate will have to demonstrate skill and passion to play an important role in this large kitchen brigade. It\'s a great chance to be part of an ambitious and highly professional kitchen brigade, hungry for more accolades.

Required Experience

Essential: Min 3 years in a Hotel

–Restaurant of similar standard, with a good understanding of fine dining and Michelin standards.

Desired: 18 month Min in previous employment

Salary & Benefit

* Starting Salary £ 19,000 up to £ 24,000
* Live in accommodation available nearby.
