Job Description

We are looking to recruit a new \"star chef\" for this well known Establishment in Essex.

If you desire to use only fresh ingredients and prepare dishes from scratch, change the menu on a daily basis and want to shine through with your culinary skills then we have just the job for you.

You will have a minimum NVQ 1 + 2 and at least 3 years experience, either within a 4*/ 5* Hotel or an award winning gastro style restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right chef, live in is available (£33 per week).

We are looking for a real team player who can work as a team and lead by example. You will assist the Head Chef at all levels and in his absence. You will have a great deal of menu input.

This position is 5 days out of 7 and will involve split shift 9am to 3pm / 5.30pm to 11pm.

You will also receive a share of tips (approx £50 per week)
