Central Dining Facility, Catering For Both Master’s And Students Of Eton College with core feeding Numbers in The Region Of 12,000 Per Week, in addition to this we cater Extensively for fine dining and society functions. All produced by a team of ten chefs and myself.
Outline of previous employment
I have worked extensively in the hotel restaurant and corporate areas of catering and have also had stages in Michelin restaurants.
Competition experience
I have entered some eighty competitions ranging from Hotel Olympia, north Wales’s salon culinare, and Guernsey salon culinare, Bedfordshire, Birmingham, Luxembourg, Erfurt, South of England, and Cost Sector salons, achieving numerous Gold, Silver and bronze medals and also numerous Best in Classes and also a few best in salon.
I have also had numerous entries in various company competitions.
The majority of these entries have been in live cooking competitions, and in recent years a move to cold platter work, the most recent being the culinary
Olympics with a silver award for an a class entry.
I have also assessed for examination N.V.Q level three, kitchen and larder at Westminster College, having also taught this subject at Thames Valley University on a part time basis.
Personal Qualifications
City and guilds levels one, two and three with credits, intermediate certificate in food safety with credit (RIPH).
Hospitality awarding body, units D32 D33.
