Catering Show is back for second year running

After a successful first event in October 2008, the organisers of the Weymouth & Portland Catering Show have announced that the trade exhibition will return on 20th and 21st October 2009.

Redlands Community Sports Hub in association with Weymouth College has been chosen as the venue, offering a more central location which organisers hope will attract more visitors.

Paul Lonsdale, Deputy Principal of Weymouth College said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for the catering industry in the region to get together and find ways to develop their business. We are very proud to be hosting such an important event, and we are committed to working with employers from such a key market to provide that competitive advantage." 

77% of exhibitors intend to rebook as a result of last year's successful show and 90% of buyers intend to visit again in 2009 with 60% indicating that they found the show important when making purchasing decisions.
