Celebrate with the rising stars of YCYW

Guests can now book their place to applaud the winners of this year's Young Chef Young Waiter Competition.

Individual places are available for £125 plus VAT and tables of ten for £1150 plus VAT.

The lucky winners will be announced on 30 September at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower, Cadogan Place.

The evening will commence with a Champagne Besserat de Bellefon Reception followed by a Gala Dinner prepared by Simon Young, the executive chef at The Carlton Tower and the Craft Guild of Chefs Banquet Chef of the Year 2007-2008.
