Deadline extended for Young Chef Young Waiter

The closing date for this year’s Young Chef Young Waiter competition has been extended from the 23 June to the 30 June.

Entry forms can be downloaded from www.bha.org.uk/ycyw.

The competition is open to all passionate and professional chefs and waiters aged 25 and under.

Sponsors include American Express, the Savoy Educational Trust, the CMA, HSBC, Sodexo and Restaurant Magazine, along with new sponsors for this year which are Champagne Besserat de Bellafon, S.Pellegrino and Wild Harvest.

The regional finals will take place on 3rd, 4th, 11th and 16th September, and the national final will be held at Westminster Kingsway College on 30 September, followed by the prestigious awards ceremony at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London.
