Guild of Food Writers Awards Shortlists announced

Industry experts such as Heston Blumenthal, Jamie Oliver and Mark Hix have been shortlisted for this year's Guild of Food Writers Awards.

There are twelve categories, each judged by a panel of five judges drawn from the membership of the Guild.

The judging panel includes Italian food expert Anna Del Conte, food writers Glynn Christian and celebrated chefs Galton Blackiston and Silvena Rowe.
