McCain Foodservice to make it easier to claim rewards

McCain Foodservice is saying thank you to its thousands of customers by reintroducing their popular reward promotion.

Following the success of last year's promotion, McCain is giving even more back this year to those who choose McCain products in difficult trading conditions.

What's more, now it is even easier to claim by texting in your promotional codes. The scheme includes rewards from golf equipment to spa vouchers, and weekend breaks to a spin in a Lamborghini.

The scheme will run throughout the spring, from March through to the end of May 2010.

Boxes of selected McCain products will each contain a six-digit code. This can be entered online at mccainfoodservice.co.uk/promotion or sent in by text. Customers then receive points to be exchanged for anything from white water rafting to rounds of golf, and shopping sprees to indoor skydiving.

Points are collected by purchasing products from selected McCain products. This includes:
• Signatures Traditional Chips
• Signatures Gourmet Chips
• Signatures Rustic Chips
• Signatures Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Wedges
• Signatures Ridge Cut Wedges
• Classics Southern Fried Spirals

Adrian Greaves, McCain Foodservice associate director, said: "We are pleased last year's promotion proved so popular. It was a great way to show how grateful we are to all our customers and give something back at a difficult time for the food industry.

"We believe that pubs and restaurants need to attract customers by offering variety, inspiration and a little bit of indulgence in their meals. This is exactly what we've tried to provide to our own customers through this rewards scheme. We want all of our customers to get involved. It's incredibly easy and offers some high-quality rewards."
New customers can register at www.mccainfoodservice.co.uk/promotion.

Existing customers who took part in last year's promotion will be automatically re-registered.
