McCain to launch customer reward scheme

McCain is launching a new rewards scheme to give something back to their customers who continue to choose McCain products in difficult trading conditions.

The scheme includes gift rewards from golf equipment to spa vouchers, and weekend breaks to a spin in a Lamborghini. It will run throughout the summer period, from July to September.

Boxes of selected McCain products will each contain a 12-digit code. This can be entered online at mccainfoodservice.co.uk/promotion. Customers then receive points to be exchanged for anything from white water rafting to rounds of golf, and shopping sprees to indoor skydiving.

Points are collected by purchasing products from McCain's Signatures, Classics or Alternatives' ranges. This includes gourmet chips, traditional chips, rustic chips and brewers ridges from the Signatures' range, and southern fried wedges, hash browns, southern fried spirals, savoury herb dice from the Classics' range and Alternatives oven chips.

Adrian Greaves, McCain Foodservice associate director, said: "This past year has been a difficult trading period so we wanted to thank our customers who continue to choose McCain Signatures, Classics and Alternatives product ranges above our competitors.

"We believe that pubs and restaurants need to attract customers by offering variety, inspiration and a bit of indulgence to meals. This is exactly what we've tried to provide to our own customers through this rewards scheme. We encourage all of our customers to get involved. It's incredibly easy, offers some high-quality rewards and should make for a brighter summer."
