Schöller scoops top accolade at BFFF awards

Schöller Ice Cream Ltd, a business partner of the Craft Guild of Chefs, scooped the catering product of the year accolade at last night's BFFF Gala Dinner Dance and awards ceremony.

Schöller won the top award with its Mövenpick Cognac VSOP Ice Cream, as well as winning the best new dessert/ice cream/confectionary category with the same product.

Meanwhile Brakes won gold in the best new accompaniment/potato/vegetable category as well as topping the best new bakery/pastries category.

Other gold winners of the glittering awards, which were held at the Hilton hotel on London's Park Lane, included Millifoods Ltd, who picked up two awards, The Authentic Food Company Ltd, and Silver Hill Foods.

The "Oscars of the frozen food industry" reward and recognise the top quality and product development in the frozen food market during the last year.
