The Phoenix pub creates two special dishes for Chelsea Flower Show

The Phoenix pub in London has created two special dishes to coincide with the Chelsea Flower Show this week.

The dishes have been created from edible flowers, and a floral inspired cocktail.

The Rosewater Bellini which has been created especially for the Phoenix, contains a blend of Pressco and rose water and is garnished with a fragrant rose petal.

The flower dishes are roast quail and asparagus accompanied by an artful salad created entirely using edible flowers and a whole plaice with gooseberry and mustard flowers.

This menu and cocktail is available at the Chelsea pub until the 29th May.

The Chelsea Flower Show runs from 25-29 May.
