Venue confirmed for Kitching's Edinburgh restaurant

Michelin-starred chef Paul Kitching has this week confirmed the venue for his new Edinburgh restaurant.

Kitching, formerly called 'the shining star of the North' by Gordon Ramsay, will open the restaurant in partnership with his companion Latie O'Brien.

The couple are currently refurbishing the property at No 3, Royal Terrace, and further details of the name, menu and interiors will be revealed at a later date.
