Well presented condiments make consumers feel valued, finds survey

A recent survey commissioned by 3663 First for Foodservice has found that 78% of consumers believe well presented condiments make them feel valued as a customer.

Kathryn Fell, product brand manager at 3663 First for Foodservice, said: "We know from our research that inferior portion packs can give consumers a poor impression of an establishment.

3663 has just completed the design revamp of its own brand range of individually portioned products, and Coronet now offers a contemporary, fresh design.

Fell continued: "Coronet is a trusted brand which tastes great, allowing our customers to offer an appealing product with confidence. Take our Coronet glass jam jar range, for example, it contains one the highest fruit contents of all the pre-portioned jams on the market.

"Portion packs are often complementary which makes cost an important consideration when choosing them. Coronet offers good value at a highly competitive price making it easy to offer the top quality products that customers demand without compromising your margin."
