Chairman of Judges, Mike Stapleton of Stapleton & Associates said: "This year's PACE awards was a bumper event and the entries were thick and fast with record receipts. The quality of entries was extraordinarily high and choosing the winners was a really tough task and required considerable evaluation and debate.
"I was bowled over by many of the entries - a view that was shared by the other judges. Congratulations to all of those who entered; the projects were admirable, creative and exciting and I feel privileged to have been involved in the judging process."
PACE is an organisation with a regional and national network of members whose aim is to encourage catering educational institutions to work together to manage the challenges of continual change within hospitality and catering education.
