WKC chef lecturer arranges visit to Borough Market

Westminster Kingsway College (WKC) chef lecturer Jose Souto has arranged a visit on behalf of the Craft Guild and Stockpot magazine to Borough Market in London to see and learn at first hand about authentic Spanish food and drink with leading importer Brindisa.

 It will cover premium Spanish products such as ham and wine, and there will be a chance to sample these at Brindisa's own tapas restaurant in the market.

It will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 22, and it will be on a first come first served basis as places are limited.
