Written by: Edward Waddell
Hospitality networking organisation Arena has announced that its ‘An audience With…” event on 30 October will be with chef Tom Kerridge at Corinthia London.

Kerridge will give an insight into his life events, opportunities and challenges that have shaped his career. He will also share his thoughts on the latest industry topics and discuss what the future holds for the hospitality industry.

He opened The Hand & Flowers in 2005 and soon after it became the first pub to receive two Michelin stars. Kerridge was awarded the coveted Chef Award at the 2017 Cateys.

Over the last ten years Kerridge has become a television personality appearing on Saturday Kitchen, Great British Food Revival and Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes. His first television appearance came in 2009 when he won best main course on the Great British Menu, where he cooked a banquet for Prince Charles and Camilla.

He is the author of four other best-selling cookbooks: Proper Pub Food, Best Ever Dishes, Tom’s Table and Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet. Also Kerridge launched a series of ‘innovative’ pop ups and festivals including The Pop Up Picture House and Pub in The Park.

Following a drinks and canapés reception there will be a three-course dinner and wine experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to build long-term business relationships with other guests.
