Membership Type

Member Craftsman
For all grades of experienced professional chefs with proven craft knowledge and skills.
This level of membership is open to chefs from all sectors of the industry.
Master Craftsman
This title is awarded to members with senior positions or those who have won industry
recognition for their skills such as executive chef, chef de cuisine, chef patissier and chef patrons who have
demonstrated a record of competence, responsibility and dedication to their craft.
Student/Trainee
Open to any trainees at the early stage of their career and students attending a full time or part
time course at an accredited college but with no practical experience.
Associate Member
Open to individuals who wish to support the Guild and participate in Guild activities.
Retired Member
Members of any grade, with a minimum of fifteen years continuous membership on reaching State
retirement age, or retiring through ill health, will be eligible to pay a reduced annual subscription
subject to approval by the Committee of Management.
