New director of operations for ISS Eaton

ISS Eaton, one of the leading on-site caterers operating across staff restaurants, hospitality and fine dining, has appointed industry expert Andrew Chappell as its new director of operations for the UK.

Chappell, formerly group operations director for business dining at Aramark, will be expected to develop the UK operational strategy and take ISS Eaton to the next level.

ISS Eaton operates within the integrated services division of ISS Facility Services, which operates in 50 countries and has a global turnover of £6.5 billion.
