The Norwegian Seafood Recipe Challenge is open to all professional chefs who must submit a main course recipe showcasing Norwegian white halibut, with Norwegian cold-water prawns featuring as part of the dish.

Knorr National Chef of the Year - FINAL

7th October 2008, The Restaurant Show, Earls Court, London

Following an exciting round of regional heats, at which 40 talented chefs will have battled it out in the kitchen, just eight finalists will go on to compete for the ultimate prize in a live cook-off at the Restaurant Show in London on October 7, 2008.
 
They will have four hours to create a four-course meal with a selection of ingredients from a mystery basket.
