Wessex Salon Culinaire replaced by The British Student Cookery & Service
For 2020 the Wessex Salon Culinaire has been replaced by The British Student Cookery & Service Championships.
The British Student Cookery & Service Championships will have the same excellent classes of both live and static competitions. Students will still have the opportunity to showcase their culinary talent.
The competition will be held at Bedford College on 27 and 28 May 2020.
