WO Mark AKA as Bear, has served 19 years in the RAF competing for the RAF, Combined Services, British Culinary Federation and England Culinary Teams, individually and part of a team since 2006 winning a host of gold medals and awards.
His most recognised and prestigious accolade is representing the UK Forces on Bake off; Crème de la crème over 2 seasons, the first season making it to the semi-finals and the second time winning the whole competition out right.
Industry recognised winning the Craft Guild of Chef’s military chef of the year 2017 and competition chef of the year award 2019. Chosen to create the RAF 100 official cake for show at Horse guards and presented for cutting by the Chief of the Royal Air Force. Tasked to design the 809-commisioning cake.
